Mice and ants - a homeowner's nightmare! Several years ago I was referred to Pest Express when I discovered mice in my basement. In just two visits, my mice problems were solved by Pest Express, at a reasonable cost.  The success was due to the extra mile Pest Express goes while doing their job. Not only were mice trapped and disposed, the house was inspected to determine from where they were entering and the underlying problem was fixed by the technician! I haven't had a mouse in the house since. This past month, a bathroom, for reasons unknown to me, was invaded by ants.  Once again, I can only sing the praises of Pest Express.  They respond just as soon as they can, scheduling upon receiving the call. Problems are treated with care (I have a dog that needs to be safe) and they solve the problem, not just superficially eradicating the pest.  Once again, in two service calls, at a very competitive price - problem solved, no more ants. The personnel is competent, courteous, thorough and very responsive to customer needs. I feel compelled to leave a review not just for the effectiveness of Tim's efforts and techniques, but for the extras that he provided. He gave me an easy to understand overview of his process and the pest that was being targeted, but further than that,  he made ethical decisions about the safety ofour pets.He even became an active participant in trying to wrangle 5 uncooperative cats, when he could have been an amused (or annoyer) bystander. I had yellowjackets coming into my home; they had nested under my siding. Pest Express came within half an hour and the problem was taken care of.
